PRICELIST AND CONDITIONS
The reservation is considered confirmed
after an advance payment of 40% of the total rental price. The payment deadline is 48 hours from the agreement.
Cancellation of reservation
with a deposit refund is a minimum of fifteen days before the reserved date.
Rescheduling of reservation
is possible a minimum of fifteen days before the reserved date.
Surcharge for SPA per night
200€ — Please announce SPA rental 72 hours in advance.

Music is restricted:
- Fridays and Saturdays until 00:00

For up to 50 guests, our dishes, tables, chairs, and tablecloths are provided. For more than 50 guests, guests must rent equipment independently.

- Fireworks are allowed with police notification and are positioned in the lower part of the estate, which the host will show you.
- The use of confetti is prohibited.
- Jumping into the pool is prohibited.
- Walking on the pool overflow edge is prohibited.
- Throwing food, drinks, and objects into the pool is prohibited.
- Breaking items such as glasses, bottles, and other objects is prohibited.
- Consumption of alcohol by minors is prohibited.
- Minors must be supervised by adults.
- Walking on furniture is prohibited.
- The tenant is responsible for everything that happens on the estate during their stay.
- The tenant compensates for all damages caused.
- Organizing parties for individuals younger than 28 is not allowed. We reserve the right to cancel the reservation if it is determined on-site that guests are younger than 28.
- After the celebration, all trash must be collected in garbage bags and stored in an enclosed space.
- After the celebration, all dishes must be brought into the house.
Entry to the estate without prior notice is not allowed.
Mandatory notice one day in advance. The gate is always locked and is unlocked only at the agreed time.
All inventory on the estate is arranged at our discretion. Moving inventory is allowed, but our staff is not responsible for this; you must do it exclusively yourself.
The estate is under video surveillance, and if the stated rules are not respected, we reserve the right to stop the celebration or vacation at any moment, and you are obliged to leave the estate as soon as possible.
Turning off or covering cameras is prohibited.
The tenant is obliged to compensate for any damage caused during the rented period, and this is regulated by the contract.
Signing the contract is mandatory.
